Hi. Today we're going to talk about the Step-A-Roo. The Step-A-Roo is a small platform that allows students in a classroom that are not quite tall enough to get into a chair or may have this shorter step stature. It allows them a stepping platform that is adjustable in height that can raise from four inches to seven inches and allows them to get into different height chairs based on basically how tall the chair is and how tall they are as well. So today we're going to walk you through how the chair inserts into the separate and how we do the adjustments for height and also for angle adjustments as well.
So to start, the Step-A-Roo has two slots on the top of the unit. This is slotted to allow different size chairs to go inside of the legs. The diameter or the opening width is one in five eight inches which will accommodate most classroom chairs. So in order to insert the chair into the stepper, you'll simply take your chair and just insert it into the legs. You have some adjustability and move back and forth depending on the size of the chair as well. So in order to do an adjustment on the step for you to raise up and down on the side, there are two knobs and then two knobs on the other side. To adjust it, you will simply loosen the knobs up and you will adjust it up to the height you might need based on the student type.
So for students that might require some adjustment as far as the angle of the steparou due to some sort of a planar or dorseylexium for their ankles, you can actually angle the Step-A-Roo accordingly. To do this just like adjusting the height, you'll loosen the knobs and you can then move the slot and the adjustments and angle will do the same thing on the side as well and place the chair back through the legs. And now you've adjusted the height of stepper to fit the student.
