Reinforce Panels at Midpoint (each)

For wall padding panels taller than 72", we recommend adding a center row of aluminum "Z" channels across the back of the panel. This mid-height reinforcement is placed at the panel's vertical midpoint (not at the top or bottom), where taller panels are most prone to bowing over time.

How it works: The interlocking Z-profile channel sits flush against the back of the panel at its midpoint, adding rigidity across the panel's width without affecting the front-facing appearance. This helps the panel stay flat and true, especially with taller installations where gravity and material flex have more leverage.
