The Nesting Benches with Platform is a versatile gait training and crawling system. It allows clients to walk up and down stairs, teaching them how to adjust the lifting of their legs. This may be used as a rehab activity after lower extremity injury as well as a good gross motor activity. The activity helps with balance, knee extension, hip flexion and ankle plantarflexion.
The cut in hand holes let you easily pick up any of the steps to relocate. The lip on each step fits inside the step above, and allows you to pull out the bottom and have the others steps follow. All steps easily nest inside each other for storage and to free up space in your room when not in use.
