The CVA Over-door exercise system allows those who are recovering from a stroke or arm injury rebuild muscles and increase range-of-motion in the upper extremities. Use the CVA Exercise Pulley to pull up the weaker arm with the stronger arm for controlled stretching, or add a cuff-style weight (sold seperately) to one side for more resistance and to build muscle strength. Ideal for home range of motion programs. Large handles are easy to grasp. The 8' (2.6m) rope can be adjusted easily for proper fit. Two models are available. Over Door Exercise Pulley with Extended Metal Bracket positions the pulleys 15" (38cm) away from the door to give the client more room to move.
