At eSpecial Needs, we try our best to make sure that all of our adaptive equipment, therapy products and sensory items are available when you need them. From time to time, however, either we or one of our manufacturers just don't have enough in stock to meet the demands of our customers. It can be a very frustrating situation to be in, especially when you don't have time to keep checking back to see whether the item you're looking for is available again.

In order to give our customers a hand when an item is out of stock, we're introducing new "Back In Stock" notifications on our site that will send you an email to give you a heads-up when that product returns to our warehouse.

For example, let's say you've been looking at our Folding Trampolines. Over on the right of the product page, you'll notice the item is currently out of stock. Sorry about that. However, now you'll also find our new Notify Me button just below the price.

When you click on the button, a box will appear underneath it asking for your email address.

Once you enter your email address and click the square button beneath it, you should get a little message letting you know that you're signed up to be notified when we more folding trampolines (or whatever else you're looking for) back in stock.

That's it! Now the moment the item becomes available again, you'll get an email with a link back to the product. If you still want to buy it, just click the link and make your purchase. If you don't, no problem. Just delete the email and you won't be notified again unless you sign up for another item. And if it's taking longer than usual for a product you've signed up for to become available again, we'll let you know, too. That way, if you decide it isn't worth the wait, you can look for alternatives.

While we'd love it if every product we offer could be available when you need it, we hope this service helps ease your frustration during those times when we can't. Give it a try the next time something you're looking for is out of stock, and let us know if there are any other ways we can improve our service in the comments below.
