Welcome to eSpecial Needs! These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase, use, and redemption of digital gift cards ("Gift Cards") issued by eSpecial Needs. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
- Gift Cards are issued by eSpecial Needs and are only valid for purchases on www.especialneeds.com.
- Gift Cards are digital only. No physical cards are available.
2. No Expiration Date
Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and can be used at any time for eligible purchases.
3. Redemption
- Gift Cards can be redeemed during checkout on our website by entering the unique code provided with the Gift Card.
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase additional Gift Cards, except where required by law.
- If the purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
- Any remaining balance on the Gift Card can be applied to future purchases.
4. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
- Gift Cards are non-transferable and non-refundable. They cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced, except where required by law.
5. Limitations
- Gift Cards cannot be used for promotional discounts or combined with certain promotional offers, unless explicitly stated.
- Gift Cards are only valid in the United States and may not be used outside of this region.
6. Fraud and Misuse
eSpecial Needs reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards and orders placed with Gift Cards in the event of suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.
