Description
The Spark Sensory Solutions 300 Series Safety Wall Padding is the Flex-Firm Foam Panel, which trades some shock absorption and impact resistance for extra cushion over the 200 Series. Each panel layers 2.5" of foam over a board backing, which brings the total thickness with board to 3".
Panels are 2' wide, come in four standard heights, and mount with Z-clips, a nail margin, a mix of the two, or C-channels. A double-coated, flame-retardant vinyl cover finishes the face in your choice of 14 colors.

Panel Construction
From the wall outward, each panel has an OSB backing board, a 2.5" layer of flex-firm foam, and an 18 oz. vinyl cover over the foam. The board and foam together measure 3" thick.
Sizes and Mounting
Every panel is 2' wide. Pick a height of 5', 6', 7', or 8', then choose how the panel mounts:
- Z-clip top and bottom, which suits nearly any wall surface
- Z-clip on top with a 1" nail margin on the bottom, a combination mount
- A 1" nail margin at the top and bottom, for wood, drywall, concrete, or block walls
- C-channels at the top and bottom

Choosing a Series
The Spark Sensory Solutions safety wall padding line has four foam types. The 300 Series is the flex-firm one, listed for extra cushion and for a reduction in shock absorption and impact resistance next to the 200 Series. The others are listed this way:
- 100 Series, a classic foam, with extra softness and cushioning
- 200 Series, a medium-firm foam, listed for impact resistance under ASTM F2440
- 900 Series, a Class A E-84 foam, with a flame spread index of 25 and a smoke developed index of 350 in ASTM E84 testing
If your project calls for one of those listed standards, choose the series that carries it.
